I have five years of experience as a project and program manager.
Trained on the implementation of a project at the University of Quebec in Montreal with a stay in a professional environment within the Coalition Nutrition Without Borders Quebec, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Management and in Plant and Seed Production, a training in project management and monitoring evaluation by the German-African Youth Initiative program of the GIZ and certified civic leadership by the Regional Leadership Center YALI Dakar I am one of 25 young leaders in Benin 2020 identified by the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, and one of 35 young leaders in West Africa identified by the Konrad Adenaeur Foundation. I am a beneficiary of the ASA 2021 global format exchange program and co-author of the book Innovative Integration of Mucuna spp
in the maize cropping system published by Editions Universitaires Européennes, and several articles published about me by Médiaterre, IUCPN, Reporterre.
I have several distinctions at the national and international level among which my nomination among the Ten Outstanding Young Person 2019 of the Junior Chamber International Benin, 1 st National Award 2018 of the blue economy awarded by the National Water Partnership for its innovation in the field of water, Diana Award 2019 rewarding the best young people in the world working for the protection of the environment, and recognized among the 10 best Young Leaders animators 2019 by the International Center for Forestry Research (CIFOR) in Germany and was Laureate of the Sustainable Development Goals PROJECT AREA at Seeds& Chips for the Global Food Innovation Summit 2019 in Italy. Recipient of the Alumni Residency program of the German African Youth Initiative (AGYI).
